Michael Kent McNeal

Michael McNeal, 76, passed away, November 10, 2022, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. He was born March 4, 1946, in Minneapolis, MN.
Michael was owner and operator of Iowa Sign Services for many years. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed being outdoors, boating, and vacationing to Clear Lake. Above all else, he treasured time spent with his family.
Michael is survived by his son, Michael L. McNeal; grandson, Grayson McNeal, long-time partner, Karen McNeal; step-daughter, Michelle (Joe) Fomaro; step-son, Michael (Britt) Cox; step-grandchildren, Hannah Fomaro, Giovanni Fomaro, Courtney (Jay) Cox-Kozel and Bria Cox; two great-grandchildren; other loving relatives and many special friends.
A memorial visitation will be held at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave., Des Moines from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, November 16, 2022. Private burial will take place at Glendale Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Michael.

So sorry for your loss.
As a coworker of Mikes, I was always prepared to talk about the outdoors. Mikes positive attitude was always great to have around.

So sad to here about Mikes passing I really enjoyed installing signs with him at ASI I will always remember he was such a positive person always in a good mood your family will be in hot thoughts and prayers god bless you I will always remember mike David
