Jean,
I am so sorry to learn of Conrad's passing. I fondly remember of our time coaching our daughters at Beaverdale Little League. Conrad was such a joy to be around.

Conrad was a great neighbor to my mom and dad. He watched over them for many years which all my family will be forever grateful. Our sympathies go out to Jean and family.

We can't express enough how saddened we are by Conrad's passing. I have lived next door to this great Neighborhood Watch Man for over 26 years. He has watched over me and all of us on this street for his entire life. When I was a young homeowner, by myself, he was always there for me. He was my Iowa Dad. I always felt secure knowing Conrad was there. Conrad in fact grew up as a little boy in the house we are in. We will miss swapping stories with you over the fence and the evening chats on the porch. Jean and Aaron, you are in our thoughts and prayers and we are here for you both. My Father didn't know Conrad, but I know he is shaking his hand in heaven and thanking him for all he did for his daughter.

Not sure if I can make this short, but Conrad and my mother were childhood friends who continued thru adulthood. He was more like a brother to her and her brother but always a friend. And always there when you needed him. He was like a second father to me even before I lost mine. Aaron and Jean you are in my thoughts and prayers. He can go fishing with dad. Oh stories they will have.
