Marcia Kuhn

Marcia L. Kuhn was born July 11, 1963, and passed away at home on Wednesday, October 19, 2022.

Marcia was known to be a very independent woman. She worked as an EMS/firefighter, a nursing home aide and a homemaker. On March 2, 1985, she married her best friend and soulmate Kirk Kuhn. Marcia and Kirk were married for 25 years until he preceded her in death in 2009. Marcia enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. She liked Harley Davidson motorcycles; she and Kirk even built their own three wheeled motorcycle. Marcia enjoyed animals, country music and baking, especially during Christmas time. Marcia loved her grandkids and always had fun attending their extra-curricular activities.

Marcia is survived by her siblings William Douglas Jr., Rhonda Morrow, Pam (Kelly Grandstaff) and Betsy Shower; her daughters Dannelle (Steve Dahlhauser), Cori (Jonah Coleman) and Carrie (Mitchell Steltzer); her grandchildren Chester, Meadow, Macey, Draven, Vivian and Rebecca; and her longtime friends Kevin Hamilton and Tom Bowden. Marcia was preceded in death by her parents, Joyce and Leroy Thompson and her husband Kirk Kuhn. Kirk and Marcia are together again.

Burial services will be held Thursday, October 27, 2022, at 10:30.
