Tammy Kay Wilhelm

Tammy Kay Wilhelm, 53, passed away at her home on September 3, 2022. Visitation will be held from 11:00 to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at Hamilton’s on Westown Parkway, 3601 Westown Parkway in West Des Moines, with the funeral following at 12:00 p.m. Burial of the urn will take place immediately following the service at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Des Moines.

Tammy was born September 18, 1968 to Roy and Carolyn Connett in Des Moines, IA. As she was a September baby, Fall was her favorite time of the year! She enjoyed scrap booking and making all types of arts and crafts. Tammy loved her family immensely and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and playing with her dog, Bear.

She is survived by her daughters, Crystal Jones (Skylar Geary) and Jenna (Nick) Sedgley; grandchildren, Cooper Jones, Riley Jones and Vincent Sedgley; brother, Roy (Lori) Connett; and sister, Kris (Dale) Scott.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Bill Connett.
