Jeff you were so many things!! But most importantly you were Humble. A humble boy to a humble grandpa. I know your dancing with your momma right now. No wheelchair needed!! They need you now and we'll all see you later. Your life is a celebration!! But seriously, only you would need the Shriners Hall. Lol.

My deepest condolences to the Mullin family, and all of the friends he leaves in his wake. I never knew anyone else with as quick a wit and as long a fuse as Jeff. He truly was a patient, funny, and compassionate man, dedicated to his family and his country. The world is a lesser place without his wit and his smile. You will be sorely missed, Muffy! May you Rest in Peace, Jeff.

Jeffs family and friends.
Heres what I know. Jeff loved his family and his country. Which he served with honor. Enjoyed his friends immensely. Worked hard, played harder. Had the gift to stand up and orate. Most of the time off the cuff. The last thing.I found out probably during a guard deployment over one or two beers was we shared the same date of birth 16 October. Jeff being a 57 model and I from 53. I say this to my birth date sharing friend and brother in arms. Rest In Peace.

RIP Jeff. You helped steer my career from US Postal Service to full time at the Iowa Air National Guard, I believe being your first hire as the Shop Chief. You have always been one of the funniest people Kathy and I knew. As a fellow Navy Vet, East Sider, NASCAR/Race Bus fan, Cubs Fan, Hawkeye fan... You will be missed Brother!

Dear Family & Friends, Please accept my condolences for your loss for a time while Jeff re-orientates himself with friends, family, and our Savior, The Lord Jesus Christ in our Heavenly Home, where our natural eyes can not see, as has been recorded in The Holy Scriptures. Jeff has a good spirit, of that I have no doubts about for I got to know him that well as we worked together to get our aircraft and the folks who tended them to their various assignments at the 132ND TFW for 20+ years. We also had a bond because of the roles that all sailors share. Jeff was an aircraft carrier sailor and I a submariner sailor. Two roles with the same purpose, "To protect and defend The Constitution of The United States of America against "all" enemies both foreign and domestic." I know Jeff's mortal pain has ended having been freed of his limits of mortality,,,,,,,,the best is yet to be bestowed upon you shipmate.....may you and I join honorably in that last great battle between Good & Evil, with Love & Honor, in the name of Jesus Christ, amen. Hutch.
