So sorry for the loss of your momshe was a great lady. I worked with her at the treasurers office for almost 10 years. After she retired we kept in touch over the phone. By best memory was a phone call she made to me when someone asked her about their renewal notice and she said she went to the basement and got her notes to refer tobut that wasnt helping her answer their question. I told her those notes were so out dated she should just throw them out! Cherish all the memories of this sweet lady! Hugs and prayers to your family.

So sorry Regina, Carla and Scott for the loss of your mom! She was a amazing strong woman who had so much love for her children and grandchildren! I know she always loved to get her hair done and I was the lucky person who saw her every week and did her hair. I looked forward every week to seeing her, she always had coffee and something wonderful she would bake with the coffee. She loved her home and was very excited about Christmas had the most beautiful tree ever!! She always made me feel at home, I felt she was my EARTH Mother, since I lost my mom at 36. She had class and was beautiful inside and out with such a great sense of humor.. You will be missed by me dear friend Dorothea !

We feel so fortunate to have known Dorothea since moving next door to her 10 years ago. Dorothea always had a kind word and a beautiful smile. She made a point of bringing cards over for my grandson at holidays and his birthday. We loved seeing Dorothea out in the yard wearing her wellies and a scarf, tending to her beautiful flowers. She was a such a joy and bright spot in the neighborhood. To a life well lived! Much love and prayers from Torry, Jill, Vincent and Maddie ❤

As a nephew to aunt Dottie we were blessed with her humor that definitely passed on to her children (my cousins). My dad spoke that one of the hardest thing he experienced in his life was the loss of uncle Don. He said this was one of the profound things in his life that changed him. I am glad Dorothy is reunited with her siblings and Don. Sending prayers to Regina, Carla, and big Bill. Love you all. Im glad my children got to meet all of you.
