Judith Osborne

Judith Ann Osborne, age 82, passed away at The Bridges of Ankeny surrounded by her family. She was born in Oskaloosa, Iowa, on October 5, 1939, the daughter of William and Sarah Livingston.

Judith was united in marriage to Larry Osborne on May 22, 1970, in Monmouth, Illinois. The following year, they moved to Iowa with their 4 children where they have resided since.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church. She enjoyed her winters in New Port Richey, Florida, where she remained active in her church community.

Judith is survived by her loving husband Larry; children, Peggy (Scott) Weschcke, Michael (Lisa) Ross, Shaune (Leigh) Osborne, and Michelle Gregory; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Judith’s greatest passions in life were her family and her devotion to God.

She leaves a legacy of love with everyone she touched in her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Sarah Livingston.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, August 28, 2022, at Hamilton’s Altoona Funeral Home, 105 4th Street SW, where the family will greet visitors one hour prior to service time. A graveside service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 29, at Iowa Veterans Cemetery in Adel, Iowa.

Memorials may be directed to the family in loving memory of Judith.
