I am so very sorry to hear this sad news! I have nothing but fond memories of Dave. We played sooo many rounds of golf together in Mt. Pmeasanr and Harlan. Dave was a great friend, father, husband, and man.
Please let me know of any memorials as we are currently in Colorado. May your many great memories bless you with peace and comfort.

I am so very sorry, Diane, I wish I could be with you and the kids. I loved being with all of you in a better time, so many memories, all good ones. I know the pain you are feeling now, and will feel for a long time. Please do as Dick often said to me, Stay Strong. I feel like I have lost someone from my own family. My sympathy to all of you, I will remember him forever. He is maybe talking basketball with Dick now. And I am here, wishing I could be with both of them. Thanks for the memories--- Eileen McBeth
