Teri Lou Blair, 54, passed away on August 5, 2022 at Mercy Medical Center due to natural causes.

Teri was born on May 2nd, 1968 in Elk City, Oklahoma to parents Gary Worth McMains and Carolyn Sue Parker. She lived in Mitchellville, Iowa with her beloved dog, Teddy. She worked as a Phlebotomist at Mercy Downtown and West Des Moines OB/Gyn. Teri was one of the biggest hearted and the sweetest person you could meet. She loved to travel. On any day, you just knew Teri would be working on a jigsaw puzzle, or just simply reading her favorite book. She was dearly loved.

Teri is survived by her son, Sean McMains; parents, Gary and Carolyn McMains; sisters, Terese (Joe) Mitchell and Tracy McMains; nephews, Micah Mitchell and Eli (Marissa) Mitchell; as well aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
