Louise Cline, age 83, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at Trinity Center at Luther Park. She was born the daughter of Manuel and Lorena (Adams) Gesualdo on February 1, 1939, in Centerville, Iowa.

Louise took great pride in her home, she was determined to live across the street from her family and has remained there for 15 years. She wanted nothing more than to surround herself by family and create lasting memories.

Louise loved life, was very artistic, and a talented seamstress. Cooking was one of her greatest joys, and she loved having family over for Sunday dinner. In her free time she enjoyed watching old western shows, and her favorite pastime was cuddling with her beloved cat, Oscar. Louise brought joy and light to so many and will be sorely missed.

She is lovingly survived by her son Chris (Dee) Cline, grandchildren Casey Cline and Levi Cline, great-grandchildren Jase Miller, siblings Mary (Jim) Williams, Bill Gesualdo, and Jim (Susie) Gesualdo, and many nieces & nephews.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents, and her siblings Frank Gesualdo and Barb (Bob) Skidmore.

Visitation will be held at 2:30 to 5:30 p.m., Sunday, July 31, 2022, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines.
