Ella Mickle

Ella L. Mickle, 71, passed away on July 17, 2022, at Zearing Healthcare Center. She was born on May 14, 1951, in Runnells, Iowa the daughter of Albert and Thelma Hick.

Ella enjoyed listening to classic rock music and going to concerts. She loved spending time with her family especially her children and her grandchildren. She had an appreciation for artwork. Ella also enjoyed watching many different types of videos on Youtube, and keeping up with friends and family on social media.

Ella is survived by her children; Bud (Melissa) Bucy, and Erika (Richard) Binns, her grandchildren; Ellian Binns, and Samson Bucy, her siblings Doris Dhabalt, Earl Hick, Russ Hick, Mary (Mickey) Robichaux, Ginny Hick, Chris (Lila) Hick, her aunt Sandra Jones, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Ella was preceded in death by parents; Albert and Thelma Hick, siblings; Dick Wright, Fred Dhabalt, Pam Hick, Esther (Carroll) Purdy, Marvin (Teresa) Hick, and many aunts and uncles.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 22, 2022, at Rising Sun Cemetery in Pleasant Hill.

Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
