Bernard Brookshire

Bernard Richard Brookshire, age 63, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2022.

Bernard was born January 24, 1959 in Frankfurt, Germany to Richard and Katharina (Kohler) Brookshire. He is survived by his sister Anette Poulson (Frank Bennett), nieces: Melanie (Craig) Davidson, Ronnette (Tim) Gannon, Angie (Chris) Martinez, and Chrystal Burton and their families, uncle Jerry (Cindy) Brookshire, aunt Judy (Bill) Lewis, and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents; uncles, Norman Brookshire and Bobby Brookshire, and his great-niece Sydney.

There will be a graveside service Saturday, July 9, 2022 at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Des Moines, at 10:00 a.m.
