Tom Music, age 79, passed away Friday, June 24, 2022.

Tom was born December 26, 1942 to Jim and Anita Music. He married Connie on June 2, 1964. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and sitting outside watching traffic. Tom loved harassing his girls, and his beloved black labs, both current and previous. One of his favorite pastimes was going for car rides and getting malts.

He is survived by his daughters, Lori Music (Phillip) and Kelli (Troy) Lee; grandchildren, Tommi, Raymond, Dalton, and Karsen; sisters, Cheryl and Rosie; and his nieces and nephews.

Tom was preceded in death by his father Jim, mother Anita, wife Connie, and many other family members.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, June 30, 2022, also at Hamilton’s, with burial at Glendale Cemetery.
