I’ve been thinking about AnnMarie so much the last few weeks. It’s been only 5 or 6 weeks and it seems like forever. I wanted to share a few things that make me smile when I think of her.

She brought so much love, joy and compassion into our lives! She was an outspoken advocate for both of us (but I guess that is what the love of a wife and mother is all about, she performed those roles by 1,000%!) She loved Aaron and I and encouraged us and everyone she met to reach their ultimate goals in life.

She was very patriotic and proud of her heritage too. She loved to cook and was proud of her authentic Mexican recipes/food.

She was such a huge sports fan. From the biggest national league teams, NASCAR to the smallest local league, she was an adoring fan. Especially teams that our son either work for or played on. Go Bills & Sabres! And her distaste and comments towards a ref who made a bad call, watch out! ??

She was the family’s travel agent, making plans and scheduling activities, we all enjoyed her coordinated efforts to see and do as much as possible. She was at the ready to visit family and friends at a moments notice. Hospitably was her forte and she would go to great lengths to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy!

She was always watching out for the little guy, always ready to lend a helping hand or give an encouraging word so others didn’t have to struggle or feel defeated. When advocating and signing people up for healthcare she was known as the lifesaver lady, handing out rolls of lifesavers to people that appeared to be diabetic. Regardless of her own struggles and pain the past few years she was always grateful and positive for each new day.

She loved Hadleigh! She told Sandra my cousin in a text that she was such pure joy, and each picture of her with Hadleigh you could see the true love towards her granddaughter.

I hope she is free of her body’s restrictions and can fly high over all her favorite places in the world. She has a new perspective on the world from her new vantage point in heaven. ???? Rest In Peace, All my love now and forever! Your loving husband Allen Latchford???? AnnMarie
