Aunt Jan was a fill in mother to me after my mom passed. The connection that she made with my daughter was that of grandma, more than aunt. She was such a joy to talk to on the phone, but more fun by video call. We enjoyed several visits with her when we came back to Iowa. MacKenzie, Richard and I love you and miss you more!
