I had Jon as a teacher at Ames Golf & C.C. when I was 8-10 years old. He instilled in me a strong work ethic and paved my way to 23+ years as a PGA Member. God rest his soul. I will never, ever forget the impact he had on my career!

Jon was a former student and we reconnected when he fitted my son and daughter for golf clubs at Golf Galaxy. He was a gentleman to work with and very skilled at his job.
I will miss walking back and talking with Jon when I go into the store. God bless you, Jon.

I worked with Jon for the past year. He was one of the nicest sincere people I have ever gotten to know. For the last 6 months I have had lots of customers ask about Jon and how he is doing. The people really liked Jon and felt he was a great instructor. They have been very sad at the news that Jon will be playing his golf in heaven. Jon will be greatly missed by all his friends here at Golf Galaxy. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.
