Caren Joe Robuck, age 78, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2022.

Caren was born July 3, 1943 in Des Moines, Iowa to Joseph and Garnet McCreery.

She enjoyed going to the casino with her granddaughter Brittany. She was a wonderful, caring mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Caren loved being outdoors and enjoyed swimming. Many memories were made during the barbeques she had with her family.

She is survived by her children: Angel Tew (John), Donna Williams and Donald Robuck Jr. (Jennifer), son in law Larry Williams, grandchildren: Dustin Jones (Jessica), Larry Lee Williams III, Brad Williams, Susan Williams (Charles Freeman) and Brittany Sangster (Tyler), great grandchildren: Ayden, Summer and Dawson, siblings: Roger McCreery and Clysta Roll (Ed), sister in law Connie McCreery, as well as a host of other loving family members and friends.

Caren was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years Donald Charles Robuck, parents Joseph and Garnet McCreery, sister Carol Pinegar who passed away on the same date as Caren (April 24th) in 1974, granddaughter Caren Joe Williams, and Donna’s soulmate Randy McKnight.

There will be a graveside service on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. at Pine Hill Cemetery in Des Moines.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Caren.
