Cierra Marie Knox

Cierra Marie Knox, 29, passed away April 8, 2022. Services will be held Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Hamilton’s on Westown Parkway, 3601 Westown Parkway in West Des Moines, IA with visitation from 12 to 2 p.m. and the celebration of her life at 2:00 p.m.

Cierra was born December 9, 1992 in Minneapolis, MN to Kelli Knox and Russell Hyatt. She graduated from Valley High School in West Des Moines, IA.

She is survived by her mom, Kelli; her grandfather, Harold; her children, Aiyana Marie and Grayson William; her aunt, uncles, and cousins.

Cierra was preceded in death by her grandmother, Connie; and her father, Russell.

Growing up, Cierra enjoyed her time dancing tap and ballet and loved getting dressed up for her recitals. She had an affection for children and animals and her gentle spirit drew them to her. Most of all, Cierra loved spending time with her two beautiful children.
