Nellie "Jeanette" Coffey

Nellie “Jeanette” Coffey, 97, passed away March 21, 2022 at Wesley Acres.

Jeanette was born December 29, 1924 in Conception Junction, Missouri to Victor and Thelma Coons. She graduated from Conception Junction High School. On October 28, 1942 she married Robert Coffey. Jeanette was a loving wife and a hard worker. She worked right alongside of her husband on their farm. Jeanette loved to travel. She enjoyed cooking and baking pies and cakes. Jeanette was a member of Norwalk United Methodist Church.

Jeanette is survived by her son, Robert (Sue) Coffey; four grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Coffey; five siblings; and her grandson, Chad Johnson.

Jeanette will be laid to rest at Norwalk Cemetery on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 10:30 am.
