Service Details

Our family with great sadness share the passing of our special Jasmine Marie Fowler. “Harley” passed on Sunday March 20, 2022 with family around following a fierce battle with rare cancer. She never complained or gave up.

Jasmine “Harley” was born September 8, 2005. She was raised in Knoxville, Iowa. She attended Knoxville Grade School, Pella Christian Middle School, and Knoxville High School. She had a love of drawing, music, video gaming, YouTube documentaries, and game play videos. Harley loved making chocolates and sugar cookies. Her phone was her communication hub and she kept in touch with so many friends and loved ones. Jasmine blessed everyone who met her and her strong will but kind heart made her an amazing young person. You always knew where you stood with her.

She is survived by her mother, Cynthia South; sisters, Skyla Reamy, Madison South; grandparents, Lisa Bell, Perry Bell, Laurie Reamy; aunts, Stephanie Williams, Michelle Williams; cousins, Abigail Gingerich, Caitlin Gingerich, Kadence Morton; great-aunt, Melissa McLeod; boyfriend and soulmate, Zack Lopez of California; special friend, David Binns; and many other extended family all over the United States.

The family wishes to thank Makeawish Foundation of Iowa, UnityPoint Hospice Blue Team – Cindy Cain and Chaplain Ruby, Blank Children's Cancer and Blood Disorders team, and Hamilton's Funeral Home for their help during this difficult time.
