Billy was a great brother-in-law. He built our raised beds and our greenhouse and installed our front door. He could build anything. He was solid and steady and did not complain. He was incredibly strong from a medical standpoint. I am so sorry for the whole Beals and Bellville families for our great loss.

father and brother. He was very proud of his family. He's been there for me in a time of loss. He will always in my heart. Love you Bill.
To my sister Anne & her family I'm so sorry you all have to go through this. I know this is major loss for my sister after all those years of marriage.
