Janet Bulman

Janet Gale Bulman, 78, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 13, 2022, at her home with her daughters by her side. She was born on August 5, 1943, in Lincoln, Nebraska, the daughter of Norval and Alice Wymore.

In 1961, Janet married the love of her life, Roy Bulman. She enjoyed playing cards, going out to eat, family gatherings, and spending time with her fur baby grandchildren, Ellie, Mario, Winnie and Heidie. Until her retirement, Janet worked many years as an Account Specialist for Carrier’s Insurance. Janet had a strong faith and was an active member of Grace Church in Des Moines.

Janet is survived by her daughters, Cindy, Laura, and Kathy Bulman; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Norval and Alice Bulman; husband, Roy Bulman; son, Mark Bulman; brothers, Roger and Ken Wymore; and sister, Debbie Wymore.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 19, 2022, at Grace Church, 4200 E. 25th St, Des Moines, with burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m., Friday, March 18, 2022, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines.
