Bob and Marsha have journeyed through Bob's illness with tenacity, faith, hope, patience and gratitude. Of course that's who they are and the way they have lived their lives.....with Christian love for others, kindness, respect, honesty, integrity, practicability, humility and humor. How rich we are to be called their friends.
Thank you for sharing your lives with us. Our love and blessings.

My first hero, my constant, my support no matter what, the family protector. A true gentleman to the core. The best Dad a girl could ever ask for, a wonderful Father-in-law, and the best Grandpa ever. If you knew him you loved him.

Everyday that goes by I miss you more. I enjoyed the special time you were able to spend with Matt and I over the holidays. I feel like there will be a hole in my heart without you. I know you are in a better place. God will take care of you now. Miss you so. See you again someday.

I was very fortunate to have worked with Bob for a number of years. Bob was an important part of the Goodrich Finance Department in Des Moines. He preformed many tasks in a professional and excellent manner. Always dependable, knowledgeable and had a encouraging word for everyone. I am thankful to have known Bob.

I was honored and privileged to call Bob a true friend and a great all round person. My first knowledge of Bob was when he became known to me as a friend of my niece Marsha Richardson. Next thing they were married. What a wonderful life the have had together. Raised a great family with love and care that showed up in the childrens own life. You can not ask for anymore tribute to a person than what he leaves behind him. Bob had the courage and will to forgo a difficult period of his life at the end. But he didnt give up until he realized that the good lord had been waiting for him with open arms to give rest and peace with him. I will remember him and the wonderful life he had with his loving wife Marsha. Bob Rest In Peace.

Bob was such a great man! He brought my parents out to Michigan several times after my dad could not drive. What wonderful times we had. A very kind and loving man that Tim and I will miss. Marsha was very lucky to have such a wonderful man in her life! Love you Bob.

Uncle Bob, we love you. You are home. Thank you for always being such a great Uncle. I know you were a great son, brother, father, grandfather, too. We'll miss you very much but I know you're waiting for your beloved Marsha and the rest of your family, etc. One day we'll join you. But for now, we say goodbye and mourn you not being here, as it was a better world with you in it. God bless you, Uncle Bob. Thanks for all you did and were.
