Son of Wayne & Ona Lovell. Born 3/23/74 Passed Away 2/14/22. Jason was born in Des Moines, IA. He lived in Indianola, IA, for one year before moving to Des Moines, IA.

He graduated from East High, where he earned an academic letter. He played baseball growing up, but his true love was go-karts and sprint cars. Jason raced go-karts earning the championship one season. He loved to go fishing and camping.

He is survived by his mother Ona, brother Jeff, nephews Riley Neil, Sonny Jr., and Sean Lovell, niece Josie Lovell, and many aunts & uncles.

Jason was preceded in death by his father Wayne, and his brother Sonny Lovell Sr.

Visitation will be held at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, February 24, 2022, with funeral service following at 2:30 p.m., at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines.
