Oh, Uncle Jim. I just called to talk to you, and found this out. Going to miss our small chats, and your telling me about the family history. To the family, please know he had a special place in my heart, and especially my son, Andy with whom he emailed.. He was the family that kept in touch, and truly cared. I, as well as the rest of my family are so sorry for your loss. Our family is blessed to have known him, and he understood things without my having to explain. Love and prayers to all.

Please accept my heartfelt condolences for your loss. I worked with Jim for many years at VA CIHCS. He was one of the most ethical men it has ever been my honor to serve with. His gentleness and special empathy for our mental health patients at the Day Treatment Center was greatly respected, deeply appreciated and wonderfully accomplished.
