My husband and I met Rodney at MCD East 14th & Euclid years ago. He
was a very pleasant person, always ready to talk about anything including football and the Packers. He will be truly missed by everyone who knew him. Eternal rest grant to him O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him. Amen

My family and I lived next door to the Porter's for a few years before 1940. My family moved back to DSM after WW-2 started. We met again years later at MCD. We and Eddie Robinson met there often. We really liked Rodney. He will be missed.
