June Marie (Genners) Negley, 90, died Friday, December 24, 2021 at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines. She was born January 14, 1931 to Frederick James and Olive Martha (Tindle) Genners in Creston, Iowa.
June is survived by her sons, Brian (Paula) Spidell of Urbandale and Ron Spidell of Omaha, NE; daughter, Tamara (Michael) Miller of Urbandale; step-children, Patricia (Nick) Havel of California and Father Phil Negley of Texas; thirteen grandchildren and step-grandchildren; and a host of other family and beloved friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Phil M. Negley; sons, James Spidell and Bruce Spidell; parents; and brothers, Sydney, Jack, Arthur, and Gary Genners.
June and Phil will be interred together at Iowa Veterans Cemetery near Adel in the spring of 2022.

I am very sorry to hear of June's passing. I spent a lot of time while growing up with June, Bruce and Brian. The June I will always remember was a fun and very beautiful woman.
