Paulette was my cherished coworker for many year at the Register. I still use the many lessons I learned from her about business and life - and a couple of her practical jokes have served me well, too! May her memory always be a joyful one to her family and many dear friends.

My condolences to the family. A quick story for you. Miss Holeman was my Freshman English teacher. I remember very distinctly coming to class after lunch one day upset about something. Miss Holeman pulled me aside and said, "Scott, in light of eternity, does it really matter?" That statement was very impactful to me and something I look back on frequently. What Biblical wisdom she gave me back in 9th grade that has helped to shape how I view the world and my surroundings today.

My condolences to her brother Roger and all of Paulett's family and friends. She will always be Miss Holman to me as one of my high school teachers. We did not make it easy on her as a teacher, but I know we learned a lot more from her than we would ever admit at the time. Thank you to Paulette for her patience and tolerance of all of our immaturity.
