Kimberly Anne Hutchins, 50, passed away on December 8, 2021. She was born on July 31, 1971 in Des Moines to Verner and Barbara (Tuomi) Lyons.

Kim was a very kind, loving and dedicated mother, nana and friend to many. She loved her Chihuahua’s – Chica, Coco and Pickles. Kim was a firecracker, funny and enjoyed a simple life. She liked old cars, going to car shows and the movies.

Kim is survived by her daughter, Alysia (Scott) Brueck; son, Josh (Caitlin) Hutchins; grandchildren, Gracie, Michael, Evelyn and special friend and companion, Dave Miller. Along with many loving friends and relatives. She is with her parents again.

The family will greet guests on Saturday. December 18, 2021 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave., Des Moines. Services will be held on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at 12:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
