Donald Hill, Jr., age 31, passed away Tuesday, December 7, 2021.
He is survived by his mother Wanda Sheffield, father Donald Hill Sr, his siblings and three children.
There will be a visitation from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines.

Donnie and I grew
up and went to all three schools together. I remember we lived 2 block down the street. He always had my back. He had such a big heart. He cared and loved his family. I still in shock trying to process your gone. I was 2 weeks in the fighting covid and pneumonia while I was in there I thought about all of my family and friends I cared about. You were one of them❤. Im so heart broken you are gone Donald Dee Hill I cant believe it til I watched the news😔. I admit it I broke down crying. You one of the people growing up that always had my back. You care and love your family. You have such a big heart. You were my best friend I miss you so much it hurts. I remember just like yesterday we were talking a year ago. Until we meet again. Know you will always be remembered and the memories of all the good times we shared will never be forgotten. I send prayers and condolences to your family.
