Bill was a first cousin and a favorite of my Mother who helped raise him when she lived with the Bucks after her mothers death. We had a special relationship with Sissy,(Bills Mother) and thru that I saw first hand the love Sissy had for her son who traveled the world while in the Navy. She would lovingly speak of him and because of that I felt like I knew him well and always had very good feeling towards him and thought of him as part of the family. He will be missed in many ways. My sympathies to Lauri and his entire family.
