Peter O. Cooper

Peter O. Cooper, 66, passed away Thursday, October 15, 2009 at Mercy Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at Union Park United Methodist Church, 2305 E. 12th.

Peter was born January 6, 1943 in Wausau, Wisconsin to Joseph and Anna Cooper. He served in the U.S. Army. Peter was a member of Union Park United Methodist Church and Sheridan Park United Methodist Church.

Peter is survived by his loving wife, Edna; daughter, Tina Harmon; brothers, Bob (Janice) Donald, James, Alvin, Patrick and Daniel Cooper; sister, JoAnn (Tom) Tews; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
