Dear Todd & Colton,
My deepest condolences to you and Colton. As a Land Surveyor we may encounter an unforeseen silt basin crusted with dust. At least as land surveyors the big guy gave us level rods to keep us from sinking, coworkers to pull you out, and friends to laugh at you after the fact. Vicki Harrison's quote sums it the best: Grief is like the ocean; it comes on waves ebbing and flowing. Sometimes the water is calm, and sometimes it is overwhelming. All we can do is learn to swim.
Sincerely,
Jeffrey Alan Gaddis, PLS
