Baby Ava Grace Reaves

Ava Grace Reaves, was born an angel Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.

Ava will be missed so very much by all of those who are left to mourn her absence. We take great comfort knowing she is in heaven playing with her brother and sister who passed before her. We love our sweet baby girl so much and we are so very grateful she blessed our lives, even if it was only for a brief moment in time.

Ava’s memory will be cherished by her mommy and daddy, Emily and Roderick Reaves; big sisters, Haylee and Emma Reaves; grandmas and grandpas, Martha Freeman, Tonya Crew, Timothy Freeman (in heaven), and Grandma Sarah; siblings in heaven, Jailyn and Karsyn Reaves; aunts Natalie Moger, Janice Head, Gill Kooi and Megan Henrickson (John); godmother, Supa Morris-Page (in heaven); godfather, Kobe Dickson and very close family friend, Rebecca Smith.

We would like to send a special, heartfelt thank you to Dr. Dennis Zachary for taking excellent care of mommy and baby, and for all of your love and support through this difficult time for our family.

Cremation will occur and private services will be held at a later date.
