Tim Thacker

Timothy G. Thacker, age 63, passed away Sunday, September 26, 2021.

Tim was born April 6, 1958 in Des Moines, Iowa to Thomas and Beverly (Willis) Thacker. He was a very talented person who could fix anything, as long as he could use your tools. He enjoyed fishing and traveling. Tim was a free spirit who lived life by his own rules.

He is survived by his brother and sisters, Tommy Thacker (Susie), Judy Shuput (Mark), and Violet Jones (Tim); children, Jeremy Foley (Beverly), Lindsi Armstrong (Jason) and their daughter, and Autumn Colby and her three children; brother-in-law, Gary Schomer; and many nieces and nephews.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Tom Sr. and Beverly Thacker; sister, Jodie Schomer; and brother, Kevin (Charlie) Thacker.

There will be a celebration of life from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 17020 150th Avenue, Indianola, IA 50125. Please bring your own chair.

I was so sorry to hear about Tim went out with him when were young he always treated me like a lady and very much respect me even got him going to Church with my Family he did have his own Rules that was Tim a big part of my life
