Doodlebug was an amazing guy. Kind, thoughtful, quiet, and gentle. I will carry memories of him forever. Hanging out on Mom and Dad's back patio every Sunday when I was tiny, then in the screened in patio by the garage. His infectious laughter. Fixing my first car for me so I could drive to school. Being a great friend to my mom and dad. My heart breaks for Toni and the rest of the family. Much love always.

Uncle I sure will miss my visits back home and going to the bar seeing you there. I guess my memory will have to do and man what a bunch of great memories I have. Christmas shopping, Colorado, bar hopping, the lake, the trip to uncle Haps 75th in South Dakoda( which im glad you drove) cause I was drunk for the ride there and coming back, lol. I am so thankful of all those memorable times. You were a great uncle and I will miss you. Till we see each other again Ill keep my thoughts of you in my heart just where the are for all the others.

Dearest Uncle (as Hap always called you!),
Our hearts are broken-you left us to soon. We will miss your visits to Colorado. Boy did we have some adventures like visiting Yellowstone and never seeing one bear, taking you to your first rodeo, and seeing the Grand Teton mountains that you always wanted to
see! You and Hap doing your morning scratch tickets and then making fun of you cause you took forever to scratch!!!! Your layed back nature and constant smile is how we will all remember you. We love you so much-you will never be forgotten. ♥
