I am sorry to hear of Ray's passing. I came to know Ray through a mutual friend and my work at the Disability Determination Services. Ray was one of the kindest souls I've known and I am so sorry for your family's loss. He cared so deeply for people and showed that in all that he did.

I was so saddened to hear of Rays passing. I had the pleasure of knowing Ray for many years, first when he worked as an in-house medical consultant at the Iowa Disability Determination Service and then as a consultative examiner doing psychological testing on disability applicants. Every couple of months Ray would reach out to me and say Im stopping by the office and picking you up for lunch. We seldom talked work. He interest was always about how I was and what I had been up too. The words gentle, compassionate and kind best describes Ray. As a working relationship, he was Dr. Tibe. As my friend he was Ray. I will miss my kind friend Ray.
