Max Wood

Max L Wood, 79 

Max passed away on Saturday August 28th, 2021
at his home under hospice care. 
He was born in Vinton, Iowa October 15th 1941.
Son to Mervin and Lucille Wood. 

Max never met a stranger. He graduated Brandon High in 1960.
Max also served US Navy as shore patrol.  He was a retired truck driver. Max loved to spend his days messing around in his garage.
He would constantly be mowing our 4 lots and he would even go
across the street and mow their lots of he felt they needed it.
He was always a pretty active guy; would go outside around
7am and not come in until supper time. 

Max is survived by his wife Cindy of 23 years. His children
Kenyon Wood (Teresa), Cindy Mclntosh of Spokane Washington,
Samantha Resendez, Missy Brown (Marvin- Known as Snapper to all), Chad West (Jasmine) and our adopted daughter into
the family Michelle Ehrsam (Gary White), with Little Zoey and Savana 

Surviving siblings; Leona Clester, Betty Stone(Herb),
Robert Wood(Roena) and Fred and Judy Wood. 

Proceeded him in death was his Parents Mervin and Lucille,
sister Marian Miller, and sister Barb Cobb 

Max had 5 children alone with 16 grandchildren
and 6 great grandchildren. 

Max will be missed by all who knew him.
