Pamela Heard, age 60, passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021, at Rehabilitation Center of Des Moines. She was born the daughter of Claude and Chlodine Heard on March 22, 1961, in Des Moines, Iowa.

Celebration of Life will be held at 12 pm, Friday, August 20, 2021 at Capitol Hill Christian Church, 3322 E. 25th Street, Des Moines, IA, 50316. Repass reception following services from 3:30 to 7:00 pm held at 1141 69th St., Windsor Heights, IA, 50324.

Thank you, Lord, for walking beside me through refining fires. I am grateful that when my burdens seem too heavy, you reassure me. Your presence and your Word promise that I am not suffering alone. Your night shadows my weakness and fear, and you take away my anxiety when I lay in at your feet.
