Denise D. Chapman, 61, passed away peacefully at her home in West Des Moines, IA. Denise DeAnn Chapman was born on July 6, 1960 to Harlan and Marian Chapman in Des Moines, Iowa. I remember the first time we met. I was getting interviewed for a job.Iwas not going to take the job in all honesty I did not think she would even give it to me.Two plus years later I not only had the best job and boss ever.I had been blessed by the best lady ever.Denise was my friend my rock.I learned a lot from her
I remember when my other half passed away she helped me so many times get through one more day.I wish you all could have seen her catch her first fish.I am sorry my friend that we will not get another fishing date.I have so many memories of all the wonderful things she done for me
I still have all my notes that keep me believing in my self.Thank you so much my friend for all you did most of all for who you were. Thanks for being you.My thoughts and prayers are with you all.I am truly sorry for your loss.

I really dont know where to start. At a loss of words, I knew Denise for probably close to 16 years a dear close friend of mine!!! I will so miss her positive energy, her kind notes, words of encouragement, and contagious laughter. We would talk for hours about stuff and just laugh. We both have this dry sense of humor that only we understood at times. Go at peace my friend. I know you are smiling and laughing and are with angels now. A wonderful person a great soul. I will miss you. My sincere condolences to the Chapman family. God and angels be with you now. Your friend, Brenda Kirschman
