Donna Nadine (Brown) Stalker sadly passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 5, 2009.

Donna was born to Steven and Joyce Brown on September 19, 1980 in Des Moines, Iowa. She was named after both of her grandmothers. She was raised and lived in Des Moines all of her life. Being the oldest child, she grew up with her younger brother Steven and younger sister Jennifer. During her early high school years, she was lucky enough to obtain a new baby sister named Stephanie ReNae. Donna nicknamed Stephanie Nae Nae which has stuck since. However, she didn’t fall short of having nicknames herself; she was most commonly known by her family as Dawn the dish soap or Dino.

Donna graduated from Scavo High in 1998, which was 1 year earlier than she should have. As many of you know, Donna was nothing short of a book worm. She studied hard and accomplished graduating early because she was determined. On April 13, 2007, while she attending DMACC she was awarded the DMACC Life Change Award which she was very proud of and had every right to be. Donna loved to read and read fast, country music, summer time, spending time and laughing with family & friends. She loved family get togethers and remembering the days of growing up.

On February 14, 2009, Donna was united in marriage with her husband, Mike Stalker. She had finally found the true love of her life that she had once been searching for.

Donna leaves behind her husband, Mike Stalker, her children, Rebekah, Zach, Alex, Tyler, Nicholas and step-son, Raymond Stalker of Des Moines, her dad, Steven W. Brown and mom, Joyce Brown both of Des Moines, brother, Steven J. Brown of Des Moines, two sisters, Jennifer Rosewall (Sam) of Des Moines & Stephanie Lund of Des Moines, 4 nieces, Mallory of Winterset, Caroline, Malana and Megan all of Des Moines and 1 nephew, Cayden of Des Moines.
