Our sincere condolences to Shirley and the Keul family. May God's grace and peace be upon you. Even though Mel may not have served on the board at IHEFC all the time, he was a trusted confidant and more than one major church decision was cross checked with him for Godly counsel! Thank you also for your long partnership with our family in the ministry of TIME Ministries in the Dominican Republic. You will be missed.
