Jeffery Kent Eaton, 67, passed away Wednesday, June 23, 2021.

Jeffery was born March 20, 1954 in Des Moines, Iowa to Glenn and Donna (Goode) Eaton. He was a jokester, was totally off the wall, and liked to play jokes on the family. Jeff had a huge heart, and would help anyone who needed it. He was a dedicated friend, and he got along with everyone. He enjoyed going fishing. He worked as a fork lift driver, and later became a cab driver. He loved being a dad, and was proud of his family. He proudly served his country in the United States Army, and he will have burial at Iowa Veterans Cemetery with military honors.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl; Children, Bobby (Rachel) Stephenson, Adam Stephenson, Jeffery Eaton, Jr., and Anna Eaton; grandchildren, Dylon, Trenton, Serenity, Lydia; Nephew Craig (Melissa) Spring, and niece, Michelle (Mike Mitchell) Davis.

Preceded in death his parents, brother, Roger Eaton and sister, Patricia Frost.
