William "Bill" Endriss
June 25, 2021
William Endriss, 58, passed away suddenly on June 17, 2021 at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa.
Bill was born February 16, 1963 in Waterloo, Iowa to his parents Robert and Jo Lee Endriss.
Bill was known as a dreamer, with a heart of gold. Bill never knew a stranger and everyone he encountered became a part of his family. Bills love for his family was matched with his love for cars. Throughout his life he owned several businesses, most notably his car business. If you couldn’t find him at the car lot or with his family, you could always find Bill shopping for more button up shirts. Friends and family, too numerous to name and too important to forget, are left to honor and cherish his memory.
Bill is survived by his loving wife Rhonda; children, Russell (Victoria) Endriss, Terry Moon, Jeremy Moon, Alexander (Melissa) Furman, Daniel (Mackenzi) Moon, Crystal (Alex Calkins) Jasper, Gene Gullian, William-Chase (Summer) Moon, Allison Furman, and Meagin Champlin; grandchildren, Caroline, Meredith, Nevaeh, Noah, Gracie, Lainie, Lexi, Isaiah, and Ariel; former spouse, Patty Endriss; mother-in-law, Sheila Grafton; sister, Juli Endriss; and brother Dean Endriss.
He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Jo Lee Endriss.
The family will receive friends and family at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Garden’s, 121 NW 60th Avenue, Des Moines from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 24, 2021. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 25, 2021 also at the funeral home followed by a burial across the street at Highland Memory Gardens.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of William Endriss.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you tune up your car, check the pressure in your tires, and do a burnout the next time you think of Bill.

I want to give my heartfelt condolences to Bill's family.
Although I had not seen Bill in several years, I never forgot what a great guy he was.
I worked for Bill at The Wild Side and we became friends, he even hosted my wedding reception at the bar. I will always remember his smile and his sense of humour!
RIP my friend

It just don't seem real that you are no longer with us! I have known you for over 20 yrs and you were always smiling and laughing every time I'd see you and talk to ya. You were the one who told me long ago that I needed to sell cars that I'd be great at it, and here I am years later and still selling cars! You will be greatly missed Bill, fly high

You always managed to leave me at a loss for words. And here we are again, I'm at a loss for words.
I pray that over time, the pain will lighten for the ones you leave behind.
You are missed by many.
