I am saddened to hear of Brians passing. My boys and I have so many sweet, and sometimes funny, memories of him from Boy Scouts and the apartment complex.
One camp out he tried to be friends with a skunk. And on a week long camp, the last day while packing up he looked extra tired. He told me he fell asleep around 5am because he wanted to see when his glow stick went out. There are many more stories but those, and his Eagle Scout project, stand out to me.
