Sedina Mujkanovic

Sedina Mujkanovic, age 46, passed away at her home on Monday, June 14, 2021. She was born the daughter of Agan and Ema Jnazovic on September 4, 1974, in Doboj, Bosnia. Sedina grew up in Bosnia and later moved to the United States at the age of 24. She worked at Broadlawns Medical Center as a housekeeper for many years.

Sedina enjoyed watching Mr. Bean, Big Momma’s House, and Madea movies. Above everything, Sedina loved her family dearly and cherished time spent with them.

She is lovingly survived by her husband, Zenur Mujkanovic; children, Edin and snaha (Sonia) Mujkanovic and Ziba Mujkanovic; granddaughter, Evelina Sabasic; mother, Ema Jnazovic; one brother; one sister; and extended loving family members in Bosnia.

Sedina was preceded in death by her father, Agan Jnazovic.

Visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, June 21, 2021, with funeral service following at 4:00 p.m., at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Burial will take place at Azan Cemetery in Norwalk.
