Judy Ingram
June 02, 2021
Judy Mae (Carman) Ingram was born on July 25, 1943 to Marion and Maxine Carman in Des Moines, Iowa.
Judy passed away on June 3, 2021, surrounded by her family and her husband Gary by her side.
Judy was a light to many, as she would bring the room to life with her smile and her laugh. She was many things, an adventurer, a quilter, a baker, a crafter, but her most proud was a friends, a mother, a grandmother and a wife. She so cherished her family and friends.
Judy escaped the Iowa snow with Gary where they spent their winters in Arizona exploring the mountains in their side by side.
Those left to cherish her many memories are her husband of 59 years, Gary Ingram of Elkhart, Iowa; her children, Becky (David) Schaper, Ronnie (Roxanne) Ingram, Paulette (Tom) Hermanson, Jody Ingram, Tammie Ingram and Vernon Northcutt. Judy enjoyed and loved her 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Marion and Maxine Carman; sister Virginia Carman; brothers, Vernon Carman and Patrick Carman and her son Roger Ingram.
A Celebration of life will be held at Griffs Valley View RV Park, 6429 NE 46th Street, Altoona, Iowa 50009 on Saturday, June 26, 2021 from 1:00-4:00 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be directed to family in loving memory of Judy.

Dear Gary and family,
We are thinking of you today as you celebrate the life of your dear Judy. We are so sad we didn't get to see the both of you this last season. We are thankful we had the privilege of living next door and getting to know Judy as a feisty, funny and very generous friend and neighbor.
