Bradley Barrett

Bradley Dean Barrett, 66, passed away on May 20, 2021. He was born in Des Moines on September 7, 1954, the son of Dean and Marianne (Runyan) Barrett.

Brad worked for Des Moines Water Works for many years. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and watching the Green Bay Packers and Iowa Hawkeyes.

Brad is survived by his parents Dean and Marianne Barrett; sons, Nicholas and Kendall Barrett; grandchildren, Dakota, Cody, Kayla, and Austin; his sister, Lisa Dillavou; as well as 4 nieces and 1 nephew. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ray Runyan; grandmother, Dorothy Runyan; and the mother of his children, Connie DeYoung.

A celebration of life gathering will be held from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at Bondurant Christian Church, 304 Grant Street South, Bondurant, Iowa.
