Craig Steven Leete, age 62, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 9, 2021.
Craig was born September 6, 1958 in Des Moines, Iowa to Pelatiah and Billie Leete. He worked at American National Can, and moved on to Wells Fargo. Craig was a man of few words, but had the heart of a giant. He was always there to lend a hand when asked
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Kim; his son, Nathan (Brandi, Marley, Nathaniel, Aubree); his daughter, Nicole; his sister, Pam (Duff) Martin; his brothers, Terry (Jo), Gerry (Kathy), and Ward (Janet); and many nieces and nephews. Craig was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday, May 14, 2021 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines, with cremation to follow. Please come dressed comfortably as we say goodbye to this amazing man.

Kim - I worked with Craig for several years until he retired last year. He was a wonderful, very kind and caring person. He talked about you and the kids all the time and it is very clear how much he loved you all. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
