Jesse James Boley, 33, passed away Friday, April 30, 2021.

Jesse was born June 30, 1987 in Des Moines, Iowa. He previously attended Fullturn Church in Georgia. Jesse loved football and was an avid Detroit Lions fan. He loved being active and his interests included fishing, riding dirt bikes and BMX bikes, skate boarding, and working on cars. He was a talented tattoo artist and loved to draw.

He is survived by his mother, Christine Boley; sisters, Krystle Sanchez, Victoria Vasquez, and Vanessa Boley; children, Christopher, Daven, Grayson, and Layonna; grandmother, Nancy Soloman; the mothers of his children, Madison Williamson, Lena Kitselman, and Ashley Downey; uncle, Chad Boley; and many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.

Jesse was preceded in death by his father, Roberto Perez; his father figure, Dave Johnson; niece, Faith Sanchez; aunt, Michelle Boley; grandmother, Maria Perez; and grandfather, Richard Boley.

There will be a public visitation from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 9, 2021 at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street, followed by a private family service.
